Perfecting the Imperfect in Aptos
Elemental’s response was a comprehensive reimagining – one in which drought tolerant thinking was built into every decision. A bluestone paver patio and organic stepping stones set in low-water ground cover replaced a dated concrete walkway. Kurapia, a drought-tolerant ground cover, replaced conventional high-maintenance turf, preserving the lush feel of a lawn without the water demand. Deer-resistant, drought-adapted plantings were composed along a custom Cor-Ten steel laser-cut panel backdrop, creating a focal point that tied the water feature, stone retaining wall, and planting into a single cohesive composition.

Every project begins with a no-cost phone consultation directly with Rhadiante. From there, we handle everything: on-site assessment, site survey, due diligence on permits and municipal requirements, conceptual design, full construction drawings, and complete installation oversight. We serve as your General Contractor, coordinating all trades and passing our wholesale pricing directly to you at no markup. Your only job is to tell us what you love. Ours is to build it.
